You will still be subscribed to all access on this site unless you cancel it. All access on Youtube is a separate subscription. From what the Dr. posted it looks like the only differences are "1. We are able to live stream on YouTube. 2. You have special gifs/emojis that can be used in the comments."

Is there any way the Youtube live streams will be able to be posted on this site?

@Edythe if you already have a YouTube channel login, you simply sign in and click the JOIN button on my 'Dr. Sandra Lee aka Dr. Pimple Popper' channel to join the YouTube channel membership. You will then be able to see what that platform offers and make your decision from there. (I hope that is clear, please let my team and I know if it is not)

@Kathryn All live streams will be available for everyone to join on both platforms. Similar to when we did the pop-parties, the zoom link to the live stream will be posted here on the forum and sent over email for subscribers to attend!

This paying on each platform separately is so completely confusing. I paid the yearly subscription to the WEBSITE ALL ACCESS when in reality I wanted to do the YouTube one. The website is a complete mess. Look at the comments of Mr. Wilson’s playlist to see what I’m talking about. Twice I have emailed the website to figure out how I can watch on YouTube and I get a we’re forwarding your email to this dept and someone will contact you. Nothing. No contact reply at all. If I hadn’t stumbled on this forum I still wouldn’t know that it’s a different subscription to each one. I want to know how I can cancel and get a refund for the website all access and have it applied to the YouTube all access?? Is this possible? I can say I joined YouTube and fell asleep watching Mr. Wilson last night. I’d really appreciate if someone can help me with this problem

Hi Pam, I don't think they'll apply cancelled membership here to You Tube since it's two separate places.. All I can advise is cancel your subscription here and join You Tube. It is confusing- for the time being I'll keep All Access and just scroll through her You Tube.

None of this makes any sense. I’ve already paid my yearly subscription to All access, I should be given ALL ACCESS! Or I should be refunded so that I can buy all access on YouTube. Totally bait and switch!! At the very least, they should be uploading the new videos to both platforms.

I had a membership to All Access on this site but it expired. Which site is better to join to see all the new videos? Does the youtube channel get updated way more and also get more access to live streams?
