To my Popaholics, my patients and anyone else who may follow me: I think we can all agree the world feels a bit crazy right now, and a lot of us are feeling anxious. There is so much misinformation being disseminated right now about the Coronavirus (aka COVID-19) and as a member of the medical community I thought I would offer up some of my thoughts and views. I know it’s hard to feel like you’re in control of much during these difficult times, but one thing you can control is how you take care of yourself. I hope this video can provide some help and comfort in these uncertain times and I want to remind everybody to STAY INSIDE and DON’T TOUCH YOUR FACE! If you’re feeling tempted to pick, head over to the BROWSE page and watch some of my videos to stop the urge!
Stay strong, stay healthy, and stay inside!
